Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy- Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 4 to 11 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
- Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged the adult rate.
- Age policy specific to Al Muntaha and L’Olivo at Al Mahara - Only children 8 years and above are welcome.

- Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you during the tour.
- Guest are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to the Venue.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with restaurant rules and regulations.
- The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Food and beverages brought from outside not allowed.
- Additional items not mentioned herein will be charged directly at the restaurant.
- Please wear smart- casual and respectable clothes.
- Any additional requests such as shisha or drinks that are not included in the buffet will be charged at your table and need to be paid directly.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
