Sit a falcon on your forearm and feel like a character from the Arabian Nights tales Once you enjoy your gourmet breakfast in our fascinating Bedouin camp have a camel ride and learn how they are a key part of Bedouin culture.

Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy- All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Child Policy- Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- NOTE: Children under five years old and individuals over 65 years old will not be permitted to fly.
Important Information
- Please carry a valid ID (Passport or any Government-issued ID). Passengers without a valid ID will not be permitted to fly.
- Waiver Form: The waiver form must be completed and submitted online 24 hours before the flight.
- Maximum weight eligibility is 119 kg.
- Shared transfer pick-up and drop-off times may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
- Private transportation from remote areas will incur an additional charge, which will be communicated in advance by our operations team.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
- Children under 5 years old and adults over 80 years old are not permitted to fly.
- Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from flying.
- Individuals with serious heart conditions, severe knee or back pain, recent major surgeries (within the last 6 months), broken limbs, or a fear of heights are not recommended for this activity.
- Passengers with mental health, emotional, or physical disabilities are not allowed to fly.
- Due to UAE Government regulations regarding drones, drone flying during the flight is not permitted. For further details, please visit UAE Drone Laws.
- Optional Add-Ons: Video recording of the flight and an event banner on the basket are available at an extra cost.
- Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety and following flying guidelines. If the flight is canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.
