Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy- For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
Child Policy- Children under 21 years are not allowed.
- Children above 21 years are only permitted with valid ID card
Important Information
- Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
- If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
- There will be no allocated spaces for guests. You will be free to move around the boat.
You must be at least 21+ years and carry a valid ID card, as venue team may ask for it.
